Half Inch Creations

Smaller and Smaller and smaller and smaller

The lovely thing about the smaller scales is that you can have a wonderful time with landscaping and not take up large amounts of space.

I am currently preparing a Spring scene with a resin pond.

My half-inch boy is making boats out of newspapers which he is floating on the pond.

This pond is not difficult.  You begin by finding a reptile dish at the pet shop.

The most important thing to know about resin is to mix it thoroughly so that it does not have marble streaks in it and not too fast or you will form bubbles. Bubbles can be removed by exhaling gently over the resin after it is poured and before it begins to harden.  Follow package directions carefully.

When this project is completed, I will photograph it and put it on the Project Page for you.
